Analysis of Stéphanie Fuld in the CJN

In the August preview of Commentaire de Jurisprudence Numérique (CJN), Stéphanie Fuld provides clarifications regarding three Federal Court judgments: judgment 4A_290/2017 of March 12th, 2018 regarding the distinction between variable salary and gratifications; judgement 4D_72/2017 of March 19th, 2018 on the protection of the employee’s personality when the employer has an inappropriate behaviour; and judgment 4A_425/2017 of April 10th, 2018 on the possibility for the civil judge to define the level of the employee’s salary.
