Christoph Gasser (Dr. iur. Bern); LL.M (Michigan) est l‘associé responsable du département Propriété intellectuelle, Technologies de l‘information, Médias et Protection des données. Sa longue expérience comprend l’activité de conseil et le contentieux dans tous les domaines de la propriété intellectuelle et du droit des nouvelles technologies, ainsi que l’enregistrement des marques et des produits. Christoph Gasser est le secrétaire exécutif de l’Association suisse de propriété intellectuelle INGRES.
