Discussion on athletes’ rights and dispute resolution in sports at the Harvard Law School

Dr. Despina Mavromati will speak at the Harvard Law School on 2 November 2023. Together with Paul Greene, they will discuss – among others – the Semenya judgment rendered by the European Court of Human Rights and its potential implications on athletes’ rights, regulatory drafting and dispute resolution in international sports.
