Latest animation of Stéphanie Fuld of the First Virtual Tuesday

Each month, the commission of permanent training of the ODAGE organises workshops to discuss about recent cases law, led by lawyers who are specialists in their field. On Tuesday, January 19th 2021, Stéphanie Fuld, SAV Certified Expert, was asked by the ODAGE to animate the First Virtual Tuesday devoted to labor law. The discussion focused on the following judgements :

• 4A 50/2020 of July 01.2020 : employment contract, termination.
• 4A 123/2020 of July 30.2020 : employment contract, dismissal and employees‘ personality protection.
• 4A 207/2020 of August 25.2020 : severance pay, interpretation of the social plan, compensation for wrongful termination.
