YouGov acquires LINK Marketing Services AG

YouGov is an international market research and data analytics group listed on the London Stock Exchange. BianchiSchwald acted as legal counsel for YouGov in its acquisition of the leading Swiss market and social research agency, LINK Marketing Services AG („LINK„) with offices in Zurich, Lucerne and Lausanne. LINK was founded in 1981 and is a well-regarded player in the country with a focus on driving innovation in its market and social research capabilities. The total consideration for the acquisition was CHF 26.4 million. BianchiSchwald assisted YouGov throughout this transaction until completion early this month.
