Merger between Banque Profil de Gestion SA and One Swiss Bank SA forming the new ONE swiss bank SA

BianchiSchwald acted as legal counsel for Banque Profil de Gestion SA in its purchase of One Swiss Bank SA, which closed on June 1, 2021, the subsequent merger between both banks and the change of its shareholder of reference. The assets under management of the merged bank, now renamed ONE swiss Bank SA (https://oneswissbank.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/BPDG_20210604_DecisionsAGE2021-1.pdf), amount to nearly CHF 5 billion right after closing.

BianchiSchwald assisted the bank throughout this complex transaction, in particular, with all contractual, corporate, regulatory, tax, employment and stock exchange law related matters.
