Elodie Le Guen represents both companies and individuals in all proceedings relating to employment, immigration and social security issues. As a Certified Specialist SBA in Labour law, she litigates in cases involving all matters related to the employment relationship, including unfair or immediate dismissals, gender discrimination, post-contractual competition and related criminal aspects. In addition to her litigation practice, Elodie Le Guen advises clients on a wide range of issues such as collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings, disciplinary procedures and internal audits, body leasing and remuneration schemes. With extensive experience in immigration law, she regularly handles work permit applications on behalf of Swiss and international companies, for example in cases of secondments and intra-group transfers. Elodie Le Guen is also active in the field of social security, with a special interest for queries related to the coordination of social security systems. Her other practice areas are commercial and contractual disputes. She graduated from the University of Lausanne with a Master of Laws, magna cum laude, majoring in commercial law. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Labour Law, issued by the University of Lausanne. In addition to her practice as a lawyer, Elodie Le Guen is also Vice-President of the Labour Court of the Eastern Vaud District.
