Fabian Akeret advises privately held and listed companies as well as entrepreneurs particularly in matters of corporate law, M&A, corporate governance as well as commercial and contract law. Fabian Akeret is enhancing his expertise by writing a dissertation in Swiss sales law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He regularly publishes on current topics in his areas of expertise. Apart from his practice as an Attorney-at-Law, Fabian Akeret is a member and secretary of the board of directors of SME.
