In the session on the CAS ad hoc Divisions chaired by the CAS Director General Matthieu Reeb, she spoke about the procedural particularities of the CAS ad hoc Divisions at the Olympic Games, focusing on the material and temporal jurisdiction of these Divisions. The speakers’ contributions will be compiled and published in the Paris Journal of International Arbitration (Revue de l’Arbitrage) before the Paris Olympic Games.
