Fabienne Graf studied law at the University of Lucerne where she was an academic assistant and at the Duke University where she was a merit scholar. Her PhD research in patent law is based in Lucerne and at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Internationally, she publishes her work on IP, information, media, cultural heritage and commercial law as well as legal philosophy and didactics. Prior to joining BianchiSchwald as a junior associate, Fabienne was a researcher at the Center for Information Technology, Society, and Law (ITSL), at the University of Zurich.
