RUGGIERO

Luca Ruggiero studied law at the Universities of Lausanne, Zurich and UC Davis in California. For several years during his studies, he worked as a clerk in the criminal and civil chambers of the Lausanne District Court, acquiring a considerable experience of the judicial world. Before joining the Lausanne office of BianchiSchwald, Luca deepened his knowledge in the fields of international arbitration, obtaining a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS), and competition law, a field in which he published a Doctoral thesis at the University of Zurich on the subject of merger control, currently being published.
