Marc Metzger has more than twenty five years of experience in advising listed and privately-held companies in the areas of commercial and corporate law, general contract law, distribution agreement law, law governing contracts for work and labour, and law applicable to contracts for the supply of materials and services. His other areas of practice include public procurement law, health care law and sports law. He advises clients in relation to domestic and international transactions. Marc Metzger is the Head of BianchiSchwald’s Commercial and Contracts practice group. He is recognized by the admission board of the SIX Swiss Exchange as an expert and knowledgeable representative of issuers. Marc Metzger worked for a leading London law firm and, from 2000 until 2016, was a partner at Staiger, Schwald & Partner, Attorneys-at-law, Zurich/Bern.
