Charles-Louis Notter is specialized in civil litigation, criminal law and international mutual assistance. As part of his activity, he mainly advises clients in national and international debt recovery proceedings as well as enforcement proceedings of foreign and domestic judgements and arbitral awards. Charles-Louis Notter also holds a specialization in criminal law, especially in phenomena such as white-collar crimes and money-laundering. His other areas of practice are commercial litigation and labor law. Charles-Louis Notter graduated from the Universities of Geneva and Basel where he obtained his Master’s Degree, cum laude. He then practiced for several years in Geneva law firms where he acquired substantial experience in litigation, an experience confirmed by his current service as an auditor (prosecutor) before Swiss military courts. Charles-Louis is registered with the Paris Bar according to Directive 98/5/CE in order to assist clients in their endeavors between France and Switzerland. He served as a board member of the Geneva Young Bar Association in 2014-2015, and 2016-2018.
